Parkash foundation was established for conducting interfaith dialogue, promoting communal harmony, universal brotherhood, carrying out social welfare projects, providing rehabilitation to the disadvantaged, the deprived and marginalized sections of the society. The Foundation shall strive for cordial relations among various groups and communities; to work for world peace, sustainable development, protection and preservation of the environment; to defend the human rights of the oppressed; to cooperate and collaborate with United Nations agencies such as the World Bank, World Health Organization (WHO), United Nation’s Children Fund (UNICEF), United Nations Educational Social and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and others and their authorized agencies in India for the uplift and education of the needy children, especially the girl child, physically handicapped, drug addicts, hapless widows and senior citizens, inter alia :-

The development of collaborative and fruitful interactions among organizations such voluntary, non-governmental, religious, educational, inter alia that are perforce promoting or working in the field of interfaith dialogue, communal harmony and social welfare in the country so as to identify the need based services and implement diversified programmes to address the plight of children, adolescents, physically handicapped, widows, socially disadvantaged and other of such concerns.  To this end, the Foundation may promote goodwill exchange missions through travel programmes; to bestow honour and Award persons devoted to the service of humanity; to invite transfer of knowledge and technology; to undertake training programmes in the areas of health, combating diseases, women’s empowerment; to disseminate information through publications, newsletters, through promotion of arts and crafts, organizing of sports events....   Read more >>
