Parkash foundation was established for conducting interfaith dialogue, promoting communal harmony, universal brotherhood, carrying out social welfare projects, providing rehabilitation to the disadvantaged, the deprived and marginalized sections of the society. The Foundation shall strive for cordial relations among various groups and communities; to work for world peace, sustainable development, protection and preservation of the environment; to defend the human rights of the oppressed; to cooperate and collaborate with United Nations agencies such as the World Bank, World Health Organization (WHO), United Nation’s Children Fund (UNICEF), United Nations Educational Social and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and others and their authorized agencies in India for the uplift and education of the needy children, especially the girl child, physically handicapped, drug addicts, hapless widows and senior citizens.
